Flotsam Island, a.k.a.
King Landing, is the world’s largest floating beach.
Its a perfect spot for an adrenaline rush when you are on a hike.
But a trip to Flotsams Island to enjoy the beach can become a bit too much for the eyes of some visitors.
According to ABC News, the flotsams island has become a popular spot for people to ride their bikes, and for that reason, it is closed.
In a press release, the National Park Service said, “Due to a growing number of fatalities, we are closing Flotsoms Island to the public.
The park will maintain a 24-hour visitor center, but visitors will not be able to ride on the island or visit any attractions.”
The closure is likely to cause some visitors to not return, and many locals may not return to the island for years.
The closure was announced by Park Superintendent Mark Hutton.
The press release also mentioned that the park service has a number of programs planned for Flotsames Island, including the King Landing Float, the Kingland Float and the Flotsamas Bay Float.
