The Landlord of an apartment building on West 44th Street in the Bronx recently had a dream come true.
The building is a luxury apartment that will be able to be converted into a crash landing site.
“The dream is to be able get people to the airport and have them land there with their own belongings and have a nice place to crash,” the building’s owner told the New York Post.
It will be up to the buyer to determine how much the property will sell for, and the property’s current owner is hoping to raise $2.5 million to build it.
The building is located at 438 West 44, in the heart of the Bronx.
It will feature the likes of luxury amenities like a rooftop terrace, a rooftop bar, and even a private restaurant.
The new owners plan to convert the building into a hotel and office space.
The project is currently in the early stages, with no details on how much it will cost.
