(AP) – CANDYLAND is returning to TV after its first season on ABC was canceled last month.
The animated series has been on hiatus since the end of last year.
The sitcom follows the adventures of a family who lives on a candy land and have a lot of friends.
The show is written by Jeff Ross and David L. Carter, and stars Sam Esmail, Adam Scott, Jennifer Carpenter, Jami Ochoa, and Ben Folds.
It stars a slew of Candy Land-era characters including Jerry Brown, Mickey Mouse, Bubbles, and more.
The new show will air on ABC on Monday nights at 9 p.m. and Tuesday nights at 10 p.k. and will be followed by a new season on Tuesday nights, and a new show on Wednesday nights.
